Emotions In Motion Uno Workshop

This interactive youth workshop uses UNO as a hands-on tool to teach essential life skills, including healthy communication, emotional regulation, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Designed for students in grades 3 through 12, participants engage in guided gameplay that turns real-time moments into meaningful conversations about respect, decision-making, and managing emotions.

Each participant will receive a deck of UNO cards to take home, reinforcing the skills learned and encouraging continued growth with family and peers. This workshop provides a safe, supportive environment where youth feel seen, heard, and empowered to build healthy relationships.
