About the Event
The Ascend Advocacy Youth Advocate Academy is an innovative eight-week youth
prevention and empowerment initiative for youth in grades 6-12. Weekly 60-minute
sessions teaching participants to:
Recognize healthy and unhealthy behaviors.
Develop confidence and self-worth.
Build positive communication skills.
